Has anyone had a fix or a reply yet? I’ve tried getting a hold of support but to no avail as I imagine many of you have as well. Trying to stay patient and not get irritated by this really sucks.
Had a ticket in for over two weeks, no action. Only reply was asking me if I linked my account - that was 10+ days ago.
I have not seen any replies to this issue here the subreddit or on twitter to any of the others that are having this occur.
I'm now at ~17 days of not being able to play anything related to diamond dynasty. Got lucky and pulled Trout during early access and now I am massively behind, not to mention all of the content /rewards I have missed out on.
Same here...I haven’t been able to play for a couple weeks and I have a few Diamonds and a couple of the 42’s including Trout, Thomas, Martinez and others. Pre Purchased this game and bought some stubs and SDS can’t even address this issue or get back to people that have submitted tickets, bugs or feedback.

Still not working today, still no ticket response for the past 2 weeks.
SDS any chance this is on your list of bug fixes for game update 5 that was mentioned on the stream? -
Now up to 3 weeks of no access to my DD squad.
I know I'm not the only one that has this going on as I get dm's here and on reddit asking if it's been fixed yet.
Would be nice to know what is going on! -
I thought 50 people was having this issue and there was a real pandemic but then I realized it's the same person posting the same post repeatedly

Ever since I had the game, which I pre-ordered. I have not been able to access DD. I get “unhandled server exception has occurred”. I know it is not an issue with my internet connection as I can play online rated games just fine. Along with other online games. I have reached out to the show via the email link and even tried on Twitter. No response. Waste of time and money.

Since Sunday night after playing ranked I haven't been able to access diamond dynasty due to "squad not found"
Also, now that the show site is live, I can't generate or do anything with my squad. I can access the market and all of my inventory, but I can't sell the cards that were in my lineups when my squad disappeared due to them currently being used somewhere.
After paying for an edition with early access & now missing out on launch week all I have received is the generic "I'll pass your ticket along email" that took an entire day for them to reply with, crickets since then.
Has anyone else had this issue or found away to work around this?

Finally got a reply after 3 weeks. It wasnt much and they didnt say anything important but it sounds like they are looking into it. Its probably just false hope but at least its a reply.

If anyone gets a fix for the unhandled exception error when trying to enter Diamond Dynasty please post it. If I was able to get into it at all it was the 1st day I had the game. I don't remember if I got it in or just played moments (which I am able to do every time). I can open packs and play moments but every, and I mean every, time I click Diamond Dynasty it gives me the freakin' Unhandled exception error. Based on what I see in this forum there are plenty of people who are playing Diamond Dynasty but I don't know what to do. I don't know whether to un-install the game and re-install it (and if I do do I lose all accumulated stubs and cards) or what. I have a PS4 if that helps.

I just sent in another ticket in regards to the Squad not found issue. I haven’t been able to access Diamond Dynasty since about April 20. Sent my first ticket in April 25 and never heard anything from them.

I can’t say about losing the stuff on the PS4, I uninstalled and reinstalled on my Xbox One X and I still had my stuff...just had to sync with the cloud. It didn’t do anything to help with not being able to get in to DD though.

Now up to 4 weeks of no access to my DD squad + no reply to the ticket regarding this error.
Tried reinstalling more than once as well as someone else suggested, but I think that was working for a different type of error. -
Having the same issue. Sent multiple emails to support and have not got a response.

Glad I bought the digital deluxe edition to get early access, smh!Sorry to hear man. Out of everyone complaining I feel like your issue takes the cake. Hope they correct it and also give you something better than a 10 pack bundle.
Ty, getting a bit bummed as I was finally blessed with some good pulls for the first time this year & I was planning on grinding out a bunch of these programs to make some stubs.
Now if only the community market page would ever load that would help a little bit, lol.I would expect the full LS collection provided to me if that was my situation!
