Does SDS Give Sinkers and Cutters to Every Pitcher as the Year Goes On to Sell Packs?

Skipped most of the last three years other than like a late month of 19....I know they didn't used cheese up players to sell packs, but I also notice the content is different than it was back in 17. Back then you could acquire all the players off the bat, but it just took time to earn them. Just wondering and thanks.

Position players have sinkers this year. It’s all I can say.

Literally every pitcher that throws a 2 seam fastball they give a sinker. its ridiculous

High sinkers have been a problem since at least 17. They were just more noticeable last year because changeups and curveballs were literally worthless

Depends on the card I guess. Outlier on the fastball and no outlier on the sinker was good. Outlier on the sinker itself was trash IMO
