2-3k? For a ranked game? I think it’s closer to 6-9k depending on how well you do. I get around 3-4K per conquest game. Also if I pitch in rtts, just those pitched innings and stats get about 3500k
You are on double XP
It's 1500 on average for me for a conquest game without double XP. It's definitely in the 6-9k range for a ranked game. In game XP is performance based though
I usually play my conquest games on all star and that nets me right around 4K per game scoring an average around 6 runs id say
That was definitely with double XP. 2000 seems more accurate. I'm low balling my 1500 claim to not get accused of cheating by these dudes
That was today playing the Mother’s Day conquest. I don’t remember exact numbers but I’m certain I was getting between 3800-4200 XP per game.
Worked counts and had a few games I put up double digit runs so I would think that factored in to getting nice chunks of XP per game
No chance anyone will ever get that much in 3 innings. Perhaps if your game goes 9 innings.
I honestly want to know how people get all this xp they claim... never get it on my end

But how exactly could it be different? I know in the first inning I would get some xp prior to double XP, it didn't look like enough, but then I would get a couple hundred xp randomly a few games later.

2nd inning program has been out like what 4 days or something and I'm 50k xp away from Boss Card casuals will have a hard time yes people with jobs and a life yes but I'm disabled and can sit and play all day so I'm Golden Ponyboy

It can easily be from daily missions or just missions in general and people have no idea.
If I win my next RS game I’ll get 5,000 xp for 10 wins in the program, if I get 4 SB in that game I’ll get another 5,000 XP. If I get one walk I’ll get 1000 Xp from a daily mission. I can earn a bonus 10,000 Xp and get 8,000xp from the game itself then come say I got 18,000 XP for a game.
I just got +3,000 for a conquest game because I finished 8 innings with Bo Sox pitchers for 1,200xp. Literally that easy, not lying, not cheating, no scams, no arguments, just confusion.

One of two things. You’re lying, or XP is wildly different. I scored 6 runs in a 9 inning RS game on AS and didn’t get 6k.

Knocking out the Jackie Robinson conquest map. One of the missions is to steal 3M fans, so, playing the dodgers on all star to complete that.
If you want to check the game log for accuracy, it was this morning around 8am est and ended at 8:21
First inning, facing Urias, saw 25 pitches, put up 5 runs and the dodger went to Price out of the pen when I reached my pitcher in the lineup. Got 1659 xp for that inning alone....but I’ll continue
Pitching in the bottom of the first, gave up a HR to betts and a double to Bellinger, 2ks and a pop out....328xp
Top 2nd hitting against price again, saw 14 pitches, hit a two run bomb and 2 singles...845xp
Bottom second, pitching, 2ks and gave up a single...443xp
Top third, facing victor Gonzalez now, saw only 13 pitches, one home run with Solak and a single...783xp
Bottom third, bring in Rivera to close, 2ks and 485xp.
9-1 win
Exited the game and it showed a total of 4448xp earned.
I rest my case

As an update for people, I have a full time job and yard work to do every day when I get home and I'm about 40k away from the boss pack currently. Just grinding conquest and leveling up different CAP archetypes. When you eventually level up an archetype that boost of XP is a huge help. Just keep grinding and you can get there if you really want to

Edit: considering that the map was finished by beating the stronghold last, that XP total above may have included the XP for completing the last few missions within the conquest program...just a thought

I just do not pay attention to how much XP I get for games, I try to do at least the daily mission that are offline, any player base missions usually in CQ or RS. I am working on Matt Kemp I am close to finishing him off. Just play the game and the XP Adds up.

As far as why people would lie...who knows? But clearly the guy who told me on Reddit that he competed the entire second inning map in under two hours including all simulating is lying, so I don’t know why people do it but they do,

It does, but slowly. Playing 4 hours and only getting 15-20k Turns into a giant grind, and I can’t play four hours a lot of nights.

Awesome, but I’d avoid accusing people of lying when you don’t have full context...just a suggestion
And as to why XP is coming in different amounts for people....I’m clueless and yeah it sucks, but even if you’re earning normal XP, hitting 350k over 20something days isn’t hard
