Custom League ... can't send invites from Xbox to Playstation users?

Anyone else create a custom league as an Xbox user and can't send invites to Playstation users? It's bizarre. I can receive a custom league invite from a Playstation user, yet they don't see my custom league invites. Anyone else see this?
