Franchise crash after game ends

I can’t finish a game and progress in franchise the second it ends I start to go back to the menu then my game crashes and takes me back to the home Xbox menu instead

What rosters are you using? SCEA or custom??

Do you have post auto save on? Do you save franchise manually?

Is your custom roster dated on or after April 30th/May 1st? The date I speak of is the date roster was uploaded to vault. -

Is your custom roster dated on or after April 30th/May 1st? The date I speak of is the date roster was uploaded to vault.It is dated may 3rd

I'm having same issue. Tried starting several new franchises with different rosters all crashed at end of game eventually. Or when they do go through no stats for the game.potcher gets a win with no pitches thrown etc.
