Playing with friends cross gen

I know this has already been addressed in reference to playing with friends on custom stadiums, but I wanted to emphasize how it’d be great for them to add that in addition to cross gen custom stadiums to play with friends to. I have next gen and my friend has an xbox one so we were hoping for this feature. Seems inevitable it will be added but not sure when

I'm not trying to speculate or start rumors, but I'm pretty sure that its a feature you will never see on last gen consoles unfortunately. Even if last gen hardware specifications could support the stadium creator (which I don't think it can) I highly doubt they are going to add new features to last gen instead of putting there primary focus moving forward on next gen. Considering how obsolete those consoles will become in the next couple years. Their focus should be on progressing this game for the next 10 years on next gen spec's instead of finding ways around the issues presented by last gen.
With that being said, I have no clue this is just my opinion. Oh and your frame rate would be horrible on last gen in a created stadium without a major overhaul.
