Stop asking for nerfs/patches!!!

I think the consensus is that the gameplay this year is the best it’s ever been...Yes, There are a few things people want tweaked but it’s nothing that is so bad that I want to risk the game being broken over...What I mean is this - Whenever these companies start patching things the players complain about, It almost always results in bigger & much worse problems sprouting. This isn’t a knock on SDS, This happens in ALL sports games & I just pray SDS blocks out the noise and leaves this game alone.

Meh, I wouldn’t worry about what people post and complain about anywhere.
The data they have (avg, runs per game, hits, etc) weighs alot more in their decision making to tweak stuff or not

SDS themselves stated they thought the gameplay was in a pretty good place. I don't see any gameolay patches coming aside from contact swinging.

Most of the fixes needed this year aren’t pure gameplay mechanics issues, like timing window last year. I’d like a fix on the R2 exploit against PPP (one press and that’s it), or the freeze off when stealing a base (haven’t encountered it yet, fingers crossed) but other than that, yeah it’s fine.

SDS doesn’t usually listen to streamers to decide on patches. Unfortunately, they look at their play data and they nerf hitting and pitching if stats stray too far from real baseball. Has been a problem just about every year soon after release. The game will play great for the first 2-4 weeks and then they nerf exit velocities, pitching, plate indicator stuff, timing, etc. Hopefully they don’t go that route this year. It’s a video game and it ruins offline play when they do things like that. 5-2 games against the Rookie/Veteran CPU with 10 hits in a game is not a fun experience. I want to keep fun in the game.
