You think its worth spending the 300ish K rn in order to get the jackie?
I eventually do want him. I'm sitting on 250k rn and only have to complete the Padres, Braves and Dodgers collections to get Soriano but cant justify spending 200k on just Acuna rn.Do you think the 42 players prices will eventually drop?

I think they will eventually drop somewhat, yes. How much? Not sure. But the idea I have heard from a lot of people is that there will eventually be 42 packs as rewards down the road.

depends how quickly you want him. He will be 70k at some point

Those 42 players will eventually be quicksell value I think but that might not be for another several months. If you are asking me if Jackie and some 42 players are worth 300 K or Acuna and Soriano our 200k I would say Acuna and Soriano all day both of those cards rake. Jack in the past has had a noodle bat I cannot speak for him this year but those 42 players will not be in your lineup in a couple weeks but Acuna and especially Soriano will be. Remember Acuna is life series and has the best corks in the game. He is a monster

Yeah when debating things like this, I always try to think who is best long term. Who has the best chance of sticking on my team the longest.

When I get done with TA I’ve been toying with the notion of getting him because why not. But he usually doesn’t hit too well.

I agree, he’s usually underwhelming, but this might be his best version ever released, then thrown parallel on top and position eligibility.....might be pretty good. I’d wait until TA2 comes out. I think then the 42 deluxe cards become readily available.
