Realistic Questions

Just a couple of question for you Franchise guys cause there is no way I can ask this in DD forum. Is Spring Training working well?, like are starting pitches being pulled after 2 or 3 innings and as spring training progressing like 3/4th in they are pulled at like 5th or 6th innings? Cause I know one year SDS messed this up, I think it was 2019 or 2018 but was eventually fixed in a patch. Also is the 3 batter rule in the game? like when a relief pitcher enters he can't be pulled until he faces 3 batters? Thanks Franchise people.
