HUGE WIN for SDS today

Like everyone else, I've been extremely frustrated with the server issues since the launch of 21.
IMO, today SDS delivered a huge WIN for our community. They explain the issues and gave us a sincere apology. The Creative Director looked exhausted in the stream as he thanked us for our support and candor. They're owning it, and working hard to fix it. Unanticipated problems with a huge expansion like this year is understandable, albeit, frustrating.
Thank you SDS for your honesty, sincerity, and hard work in getting your game where you want it to be. I'm looking forward to the rest of the 21 season!!

Totally agree. Communication is the #1 thing IMHO. They looked us in the eye and apologized....but more importantly, explained what was going on. They didnt have to give us anything, but they even offered a nice bundle of goodies.
Ive been hard on SDS at times during this rough patch, but its still a great game with the best free content in all of video gaming. They did the right thing today and that means something.
There is a reason that Microsoft didnt even try and compete, choosing to rather break all convention and pay Sony for their 1st party game.
We expect SDS to be better than other studios, and they usually come through. Today was a win. Cheers.-

Agreed. I floated the idea on this forum of like 5 TA vouchers for everyone and ppl said it was dumb. Well they did 10 and stubs and packs !!!!
And they actually owned up to it.

You would never see 2K or EA do what SDS did today. They not only took responsibility & apologized for the issues, but gave everyone a free bundle as well. Also when was the last time you saw either EA or 2K do something fun like the Anthony Rizzo RP Topps Now card.

Except other companies actually reply to support tickets and give people [censored] they are missing. Sorry, no apologies is good enough until I get my missing stubs back.

SDS is probably better at this than any other company. Until this year I’ve never heard of anything not being returned even if through user error. The problem is the volume, I can’t promise the servers are ever going to be good but I’d literally bet all my stubs you get yours back.

Was there a stream I missed?
Anyway I don't remotely think that they compensated enough whether they had to or not especially for individuals who lost stubs and more so the folk who can't even access certain game modes.
10 TA Vouchers is equivalent to like 40mins 10k stubs is nothing and the packs are probably garbage for the majority yet servers were down 4hrs in the morning and 4hrs at night then people were getting unhandled server error messages losing showdowns and conquest games which not only is stubs ect but time....
It's like getting a free litre of gas for a Hummer ffs
