I finished the first inning program earlier today.

played the game tonight and got XP but where does it go? It said '0' on the screen where it shows the XP reward because I guess I finished the program.

Same place socks go when you put them in the dryer.

You still earn it; but it doesn't add to your total.

Best bet, it you're concern about it; don't play until they release the new Inning program tomorrow.

It would of been nice of them to have a little extra bar that like every 20k xp you got another pack, but that would only help the youtubers putting out 20 "GET MAX XP WITH THIS GLITCH NOW", more videos.

There are so many things SDS COULD have done to prevent this issue from even being an issue that it kind of annoys me but with all the other issues ( Server mainly but mostly fixed now it seems ) was not worth getting too upset with it. HOWEVER with the 2nd inning program out tomorrow i will be curious to see if they do something to address it going forward.

How is it an issue? If you can just let yourself pretend that XP is stars this year then it will make sense that even last year you stopped getting stars at a certain point every inning. Its NO different at all. And let me guess, you're gonna bring up the XP path from last year, right? Well here's my answer to that. Go look at the XP reward path for last year and then go look at the new inning program from this year. If they continue to give the same or better rewads EVERY single inning, we will get way more than the XP path ever gave. Way way way more. Give it up about the XP path. It's not as rewarding as the new inning programs. Anyone with a half a brain can comprehend it.

It does blow to gain XP and it just goes into the vortex, never to be seen again.
It's like the Dio song 'All the fools sailed away.' The XP just gets carried away by the current, lost at sea. 🤣
I am waiting to dive into the POM program like a fly is circling a fresh pile of 💩 because I want my XP to count again.
I want to live again. I want to be like the guy in 'Bridges in the sky' by Dream Theater who says 'The piece of me that died will return to live again!'
That is all of us that finished the 1st prematurely, and see others bask in the glory that we once knew of seeing that XP count go up, knowing that we will be at that promised land, yet again when the 2nd inning starts.

I'll see myself out, now. Time to spend another 5 hours in the games music editor 🤪

I don't miss the XP path at all. Nothing was worse then in mid July to hit the next reward gate and it's a bronze and Silver legends pack that was worth nothing at that point.

By all accounts that shouldn't happen this year. I felt the 1st inning had way more rewards add in what TA, BR, RS, an events keep spitting out I have more now 3 weeks in then the XP game in 3 weeks last year

You're wasting your time by not completing the potm now. Unless you're trying to be one of the first to gain the 2nd inning boss, there will be plenty of xp to max out the 2nd inning, provided you put in the time.

You're going to wind up in the same position towards the end of the second inning; not playing because you want the xp to count towards the third.

Besides, if not mistaken, I believe the 100 pts. from the potm only go towards the first inning.
