I'm finding that when I use non-popular players, they play SO much better for me than any of the cards that most people use.

For example, Acuna killed it for me early but as I saw more and more people have him - he isn't playing as well. Same for Tatis Jr. None of the 42 cards play well except for that Gallo in pinch hitting situations. Trea Turner was amazing at the start of the year and has really gone downhill.Piazza (got him early) as well.

Now on the flip side, Jose Ramirez, Matt Olsen, Posada, Steve Finley are all playing out of their minds for me and I rarely see them on any team I'm playing.

Wondering if there's some sort of coding where a player is a certain percentage used, do they get nerfed?

Or just bypass this post because I'm bored and just waiting on the 2nd Inning tomorrow lol

Posada and Finley are considered very good cards this early in the year. Surprised you have not seen them often.

More often people see a card the more they figure it out

I agree with this. Also, you get better pitches (I think) with lower cards, because people don’t know them and they don’t think they’re very good. I just finished my nl west grind and you can’t imagine how many meatballs silver Aj pollock and bronze Keibert Ruiz got even though they both were batting over 350 after 20 games.

Also, I do think you are more focused at bat when you use “newer” cards.

On a side note, 350 is amazing for me. The highest I’ve ever made it is cs.
