Missing player after update.

Any SDS staff on here? I sent an email trouble ticket around 10 days ago and no response after buying DeGrom only to have him vanish after an apparent update that same night. That was a lot of stubs and I sent screenshot proof of the buy and no sell. I would love to have that 125,500K stubs back and will keep trying till I get someone's attention. It's about principle really. Can't have the market problems like this when you're using hard-earned money to only have cards disappear or not show up. Just want to know the emails are being looked at, or are behind etc....?

I sent my ticket for the Mike Trout that vanished from my inventory Thursday. I haven’t received a reply yet outside the automated reply

Appreciate the reply. I'm sure we can get some attention with the post and maybe a response from someone at SDS. I think I sent mine on Sunday the 25th.

I lost 37k stubs to the market weds. Did a ticket got a generic response and haven’t heard anything back yet

Thanks yankblan I tried that too. No dice as DeGrom is still missing. Looking back at prior years it seems this is definitely some type of bug almost every year. Hope to hear from someone soon.
