@Collin_SDS_PSN i also fully appreciate that you are not the one that has any say in this...that you can only say what you are allowed to.
But my god, you need to get through to your managers that there needs to be some sort of statement from the studio.

I love that they made the cap so confusing that nobody can figure out how to make the position u want. Such a sds thing to do.

For everyone who keeps addressing @Collin_SDS_PSN, have you guys considered the fact that he passed the question on to the team like he said he would, but he's still waiting on a reply from them? I mean I agree that the lack of communication is concerning, but give the guy a break. At least he's replying to us and showing some effort.

Two weeks is truly unacceptable. There needs to be an update on where things stand.
If they don’t have any clue on a fix, bite the bullet and offer refunds or large discounts fkr next year’s game.

Well he's just one guy, not everything is his fault nor his responsibility. If you've ever worked for a large organization, you know very well that even though you're intentions are good you don't always get the cooperation you desire from your coworkers for whatever reason. That's not on one person and it's tough to address because you don't want a toxic workplace. So give the guy some slack.

The RTTS/Ballplayer team has been reading this thread, which has been super helpful. Nothing to share right now, but they are working through things and hopefully have more to share soon related to Catcher Archetype.
But keep the suggestions and questions coming, they are being read by the team.
