We have already posted about server problems alot. Has it helped? Has Ramone finally told us what is going on after all these posts? No.

I love the game, when it works, which is why I haven’t looked at a chargeback yet...but if it doesn’t work it could be on ocarina of time’s level of amazing and it doesn’t matter.

I love the game, when it works, which is why I haven’t looked at a chargeback yet...but if it doesn’t work it could be on ocarina of time’s level of amazing and it doesn’t matter.
Do we ever post about how the gameplay is good? No. If the gameplay was bad we would be posting about it though...right?

Plenty of positive things have been said as this game is great to play, when you can play it and perhaps that is a big reason for the frustration.
SDS does not need our help to market their game. Every paying customer has the right to voice their complaints until they are addressed.
The lack of any expected time frame for the server issues to be resolved only contributes to the frustration.
Keep your customers in the dark and they will continue to scream.
