Diamond Dynasty Nation of baseball rewards missing

I finished nation of baseball I completed all the strongholds and I got all the territories. I got all the rookie all star packs for each division but I did not get Albert Pujols. I sent a email to MLB the show support over 2 weeks ago. A few of my friends completed it and got him. I assume I don’t have him due to all the server issues since I had to replay the last stronghold twice because after I won it said I was disconnected and it didn’t count. I 100% Completed it and Do Not Have Albert Pujols. How do I get him just gotta wait it out? I would redo it but sadly the specific challenge you need to do to get Pujols is not repeatable.

He’s not in my collection and I never got a pack for him if that’s how you get him I also checked manage squad and he was not at any of the positions that he’s able to play primary or secondary
