Bought 2 packs from my phone and both times when I tried to open them the web browser timed out and my packs are gone. Don't know if the cards went to my inventory or not. Glad I didn't buy more...

Mistake #1: Buying two packs
Don't buy packs just grind the game and get them for free.

You're both absolutely correct. I generally just grind and get packs that way, but I thought what the heck might as well try to buy a couple from my phone. Big mistake.
