How does this work? Does it give you a random group of guys to pick from or is it anyone under a certain overall #?

Random group of 4. 85-89 overall

What are you talking about? If you mean diamond choice packs, they have a few live series diamond options, and you pick one from them.

You get a choice of 4 89-85. If its 90 or above it will be labeled as a High diamond 90+ over pack

Offered me choice of 4 from 85-89 Judge was only 89 so took him.
