Posada has always been pretty good in this game. Last year his 96 was the best catcher I used that wasn’t my CAP

Posada is a glitch...He plays better than ALL his attributes. Hitting, Defense, Arm...He’s end game.

His vision, discipline and clutch are all really high and most don't realize what a difference that makes in hitting. Not saying you don't but maybe that's a factor him.
Having said that, I don't know what it is for all the rest of the guys on your squad. He's for sure much better in those categories then a couple I'm familiar with.
