RTTS Player Can't Be Deleted?

I decided to start a new RTTS to see if the new updates have made the game better. I deleted my player in File Management, but when I go to start a new RTTS, my player is still there. How do I start from scratch? Am I missing something?

That's the thing... RTTS isn't a Career mode anymore, it's a single Player campaign for your Ballplayer... You can restart the campaign but you Can't restart your Ballplayer...
In short, you can have as many different saves as you want but they will always be of your same ballplayer... Meaning if you play long enough and decide to start over later, you'll be an all-star level player suiting up as an 18 yrs old in AA ball...

Am I understanding this right... I cannot delete "My Ballplayer"? Will uninstalling and re-installing the game do the trick?

You can delete RTTS saves if you want but the My Ballplayer you can’t delete. You can edit all the physical looks, size, weight and so on anytime. So like the other person said if you start a new RTTS save your leveled attributes will still be there. So you can cap them all at 50 the it’s all about the archetype and perks you use to create the type of player you want. Hopefully equipment will eventually work as well and be part of that.

You can delete all ur save files go into setting then file management there u can save or load rosters and stuff and next to load should be delete there u can delete any file whether it be saved rtts or custom rosters or games from franchise but warning if you’re trying to restart ur ball player from scratch it’s impossible u delete all ur save files for rtts you’ll just restart the game in the minors but you’ll have the same load outs and ranking so yes if u do what I said you can delete ur files
