RTTS can't progress past late september.

I have made a SS and played every game up until late September I play my next appearance and the game crashes. I have tried everything stimulating past the game/series. changing player gear, deleted and re-download the game. I have done everything but delete my RRTS. As of right now I can't play my RTTS and thats the only reason I play MLB. Any help would be great im on xbox series x aswell.. should I just switch back to PS5? Or same issues as well?... thanks in advance I have also submitted a ticket and no response that was almost 2 weeks ago.
