I’ve been getting them all along as well. Did you buy a premium edition of the game and redeem the code (if you bought the disc version)?

I believe I did.. I have had the game since early release.. I see them every time I log in but when I check my collections, they aren't there. I had a suspicion of late and verified it today. Noticed I wasn't getting packs, but thought I may have opened them somehow.
