Best starters in the game?

Wondering what your favorite starters are for less than 70k. Was thinking about maybe trying the prospect Luzardo and Kopech. What are some suggestions? Looking for 96 and above fastball pitchers with at least 2 offspeed.

Nate Pearson is also 102. Great command and a deadly curve. He also pitches from the stretch which is a bonus

That outlier perk is amazing. Had Nate Pearson and he threw absolute gas.

Had him but decided to sell for stubs.

Ohtani is my best pitcher so far.. his fastball is 97-99 with a lot of arm side run and splitter is a hard enough pitch to hit already as is, he’s got that too. His slider and curve are like 80 and so easy to have off balance. If I could complete these [censored] showdown challenges.. I probably would get his team affinity in a heartbeat. And yeah, he can hit too

I tried gold ohtani and he didnt perform to well. I might still get his team affinity though.
