Was there no "cards" generated for the new players added to teams for the market?

I need 2 common players to finish the collection and both are running 1000 stubs an nobody is selling them. It's like trying to get Chipper in last year's game. One of the players has 156 orders in at 1000 trying to buy it with none being sold.

On top of that, is anyone having an issue completing a RTTS game? Tried 6 times over the last hour and keep getting knocked off and adked to report the error. Same code every time C-108255-1.
