4+ Weeks of no access to DD & "Squad Not Found" Network Error.

Grinding exhibition games and the market can only hold interest for so long.I have not been having any problems getting into DD. I have had many server problems but besides that it is working fine for me. I hope they reward you with some free packs though.

Now up to 11 days of this.. Next to zero response to my ticket other than asking if I linked my account.
On the bright side I've had plenty of time to use the market and collect most of the live series cards.Would be nice if I could actually play DD and use my cards though.
Lack of replies on my ticket so far is very disappointing. -
What ever fix went in today did not fix the "Squad Not Found" issue some of us have been having,
13 days now I have been unable to play/use Diamond Dynasty. -
Im having the same issue. Todays update fixed my RTTS and other issues that were going on but DD still saying squad not found. I only started DD because i wanted to try to progress my RTTS player. Got through one game, got server error and then squad not found. I honestly may not even use DD if RTTS continues to progress like it should but i would be lying if i said it didnt irritate the hell out of me to not even have the option to play it. I pre ordered for early access too. Very disappointing considering this has been my favorite game for almost 20 years

Nevermind. My RTTS missions tracked for one game and then stopped again. Natural progression has improved but still cant get the silver archetypes i should have earned multiple times over by now. This is beyond frustrating. Side note, i did mot mean to post so many times. Im working from my ps4 browser and its slow, wont let me delete them either lol

I also preordered to get early access and was able to play for a few days until last friday or so. Whats strange is that I have a custom league with my DD team and that works just fine. Anyways, I recieved a ticket over a week ago and have yet to get an answer.

Since Sunday night after playing ranked I haven't been able to access diamond dynasty due to "squad not found"
Also, now that the show site is live, I can't generate or do anything with my squad. I can access the market and all of my inventory, but I can't sell the cards that were in my lineups when my squad disappeared due to them currently being used somewhere.
After paying for an edition with early access & now missing out on launch week all I have received is the generic "I'll pass your ticket along email" that took an entire day for them to reply with, crickets since then.
Has anyone else had this issue or found away to work around this?

This has been happening to me since last Saturday. Weird thing is, I have no problems with my secondary Xbox account. I can see my inventory in game and on the site but cannot make new squads or anything. Hoping they fix this soon...I want my diamonds back already.

Had a ticket in for over two weeks, no action. Only reply was asking me if I linked my account - that was 10+ days ago.
I have not seen any replies to this issue here the subreddit or on twitter to any of the others that are having this occur.
I'm now at ~17 days of not being able to play anything related to diamond dynasty. Got lucky and pulled Trout during early access and now I am massively behind, not to mention all of the content /rewards I have missed out on.

This is B.S. I payed 85 bucks and havent been able to play for 2 weeks now. I cant even do moments so I cant catch up on the inning program, monthly awards, or topps now. I ve submitted multiple tickets now and they havent replied once. It would at least be nice to here that they recognize this problem.

Same here...I haven’t been able to play for a couple weeks and I have a few Diamonds and a couple of the 42’s including Trout, Thomas, Martinez and others. Pre Purchased this game and bought some stubs and SDS can’t even address this issue or get back to people that have submitted tickets, bugs or feedback.

SDS any chance this is on your list of bug fixes for game update 5 that was mentioned on the stream?
