With morale gone how to track happiness?

Hello!
With morale gone from Franchise mode - how can i get indications of a player want to leave? not happy with a contract? or role?
When contract negotiations are done and a role is agreed. How do i know if the player is happy with my promises?
Have not played a full season yet, not even half of a season so maybe answers will come.

What I do now is ask the player if he's happy. If he doesn't answer, then I assume he's happy.:)
