How do you unlock 42 Players?

I read you have to do Team Affinity but does that mean the moments? I did some of the moments like the AL East but i did not get any '42' cards from the pack.
Can someone help explain how to get '42' players? I'm not even talking about the Legends, just the normal players.

Each Division has missions, moments, exchanges, and collections. Each activity gives you Team Affinity pts (TA pts) for completing. You’ll see a progress bar at the top, that will show you how many TA pts you need in the division for each reward. The 42 packs are what gives you a choice pack for a 42 Player. Also, there’s a Team Affinity showdown. Each time you beat the final boss, you are awarded 5 TA exchange tickets. You can exchange 1 ticket for 3 TA pts.
It’s a long grind to complete all 6 divisions and end up with 30 different TA 42 players.
