Crossplay issues

For some reason the game won’t let me play against my friend on Xbox. It lets me add him as a friend and send him a game challenge but it won’t let either of us ready up to actually play the game. Anyone else have this problem or know of a possible fix or is it just the shitty servers?

Weird, I played a friend cross platform for first time today and his no issues. Good luck j.

I should add that I did let me play a friend in ps5 but still won’t let me play Xbox friends
