Did you actually sell him, or did you put in a sell order for that amount? Stubs should be added to your account as soon as a card sells. Of course with all the server issues I wouldn't be surprised if the game ate your stubs.

Yeah I put him up it’s in my completed orders that he sold out never got the stubs tho
