Missing collection returns

I have submitted a ticket everyday for 9 days now without a response about missing players from a locked in collection and topps now joe musgrove missing.
I know alot of others are missing stuff and way more stuff than me but its very frustrating to not even get a response or any real hope at all that this will ever get resolved. I know "its being looked into" or " we are working as hard as we can to resolve the problem as quickly as possible " is all i might ever get for feedback but im upset and want to vent at how angry i am at this point.
The gameplay is the best its been so far but all these bugs and server problems are insane. I love doing collections but cant continue if im just going to wake up to everything missing and im terrified to buy or sell anything expensive in case it goes missing.
Please help me and the countless others missing stuff from this game recover our items and give us hope

You can add to a submitted ticket since it is all the same problem. They are aware of the issue and I bet it gets fixed all at once.

I know flooding them with tickets doesnt help make it go faster or anything but it makes me feel slightly better lol

I had the same issue with Musgrove (and Carlson from the same Topps Now pack). They’re still in my lineup and useable but they don’t show up in my collection/inventory

Just reply to the first ticket. They are horribly back logged as is, submitting the same ticket 9 times only makes us ALL wait longer.

I have the same issue. Have Chipper Live Series collection complete -- and still have Chipper! But I'm missing a lot of my LS Diamonds, Golds, and Silvers. Pretty much everything I put a buy order in for. Some say Collected but are vanished, others act like I never bought them and the Collections are showing incomplete, but again I still have Chipper as proof. Submitted tickets a week ago with NO feedback. Trying to be patient but it's super frustrating.

You will get an auto response email when you submit a ticket.you will not get a response ever, unless they need details on what/how it happened.
What does happen is it gets forwarded to the ones who investigate and fix such things, it gets put in a queue and the handle in the order received.
with all the issues that happened id expect at least half a million or maybe even million(s)of tickets that they have to get to.
i am waiting on some too. -
