Missing 1st inning xp and missing diamond players

I logged on and found out that I'm missing several hundred thousand 1st inning xp and my Diamond Christian Yelich no longer shows up for collection or in my available players. SDS can you please answer my support emails. I've sent like four since I started having other problems two weeks ago. I spent a lot of money on this game, and I am having a net negative of enjoyment. Please make it right. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.

And yea, I'm mad. I want something done about this. I spent about $85 on the game and bought some stubs, and so far I've gotten kicked in the shins. If you mess with people's money, then they're going to get mad. If you don't get mad, then you are ineffectual. Do something SDS. MAKE IT RIGHT.
