People dashboarding

Is there anything more annoying than crushing a HR with Curtis Granderson and the person closes app and the stats don’t count. Hey SDS place a ban on those people restricting them from online play. Maybe an hour or 2. Most games do it when people quit games online.

Stats not counting for missions is annoying, but banning people for any length of time is not the way to fix the issue.

If you on 2K u can’t play for about an hour that’s normal. COD used to do it also. There needs to be some sort of punishment for dashboarding

They were already losing! I agree with 1 hr ban, gives the rage quitters time to chill out anyways.

Not necessarily, they could be winning and just thought the HR was bs or something

And losing in a bad way. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing you either wrecked or P/O'ed your opponent so bad they couldnt go into the screen and quit they just dash boarded and if they want to play more they now have to load back into the game with a frowny face and probably cursing.
I am sorry but there is NOTHING annoying about dash boarders. It is the ultimate show of getting to your opponent. That is why in 3 years I have never even quit out of a game much less dash boarded. You will have to beat me for the full 9 innings, and you better not slip up or I will take advantage, and if you continue to beat me I hope your internet is rock solid because it would be a shame if you get disconnected and lose in the late innings because I didnt quit early. -
The punishment is losing and knowing you were getting beat so bad that you quit out of the game. Also, an internet disconnect and a rage quit look the same, should people be banned for that as well?

Yep 1 hr ban and I say this with the full knowledge that I have crappy rural internet service and have had many disconnects myself, so I'm sure I'd get a few myself.
But I'm more than willing to take that if it leads to even one less rage quitter getting sick of not playing for an hour everytime and deciding to stop being a douche.

you're whining about a free win?, why? because a stat counts towards a program that has rewards no one will be using in about a month and a half? get over yourself. Take the win, since its one step closer to world series and move on, you know whats more annoying than ppl dashboarding during a homerun? the people who come on here to complain about it and the free victory they just received.

In 2k I quit the moment lag starts ruining a game, it's kinda bs that you can't back out of really laggy games which is common in 2k unless you want to get banned for 15-60 minute ban. Also have to take server dropouts into account.

Exactly. If Rage quits were punished, people would just put down their controllers, and that would be a lot more annoying.
