Houston Street Program (Play vs Padres on All-Star Difficulty)

I'm trying to knock out the Houston Street Program and all that I have left to do is play against the Padres on All-Star or higher difficulty to get the card. I go to my main settings on The Show 21 dashboard to check that it's at All-Star, save out and load up the game against CPU, but when I click on settings inside of play vs CPU mode, it's saying Rookie and it's locked at Rookie. No way to change it to All-Star in here. So, any suggestions?
