Injured pitcher then freeze off

Two times now I have hit a ball of the pitcher that leads to him being injured and needing to be taken out of game. Upon my opponent selecting the pitcher he wants to bring in the game freezes. Has happened twice now on identical scenarios. Anyone else?

It happened to me in BR where it was my pitcher. It froze when I selected the replacement in my bullpen. Waited a few min and then just had to close the app

Nice to know pitcher injuries and injuries in general are a thing again. I like this. Encourage depth.

Yep. Just happened to me now. This is atleast the third time it has happened. Shouldn't count as a loss. I hope not.
