My player disappeared from my collection

I bought the live series Aaron Judge for my team just now. I then subbed Dominic Smith out at left field so that I can put Aaron Judge there. But when I went to sub Dominic Smith back into my line up, he completely got removed from my collection. I tried restarting my game and it still didn’t make him appear in my collection. What should I do?

Mine disappeared to and now I dont know what to do!

I had players disappear from a different situation. They were in my lineup, didn’t play for a day came back and they were gone. A lot of people are having disappearing card problems. All I can say is put in a ticket and hope for the best I put one in 2 days ago and still haven’t heard back

Yah I pulled the 90 Josh Donaldson out a headliners about 4 days ago. Just put my ticket in, praying for the best.

I had pulled Yelich out of a pack earlier last week and needed some extra relievers, so I bought the extra players I needed to finish the collection. Same as you, when I got into my inventory, I was missing every player I bought AND the completion reward despite the program reward saying it was completed. Even if I did the collection again, it wouldn't give me Yount, so unless they respond to my ticket it seems like I'm out of luck. I pulled another Yelich earlier today, so there's some extra insult to injury there lol

I literally am only missing the Roy Oswalt to finish the Soriano/Chipper Jones. I did the Phillies set and he randomly disappeared. It says the set is complete but Oswalts not there. Over 2 million stubs used to finish every single collection but Oswalt isn't there.

I'm in the same boat, have finished everything, but my 90 overall Trevor Hoffman from the Padres collection is gone. Need this and only this back to get Soriano and chipper. I put my ticket in last Thursday, very annoying.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. Anyone of you gotten a response from SDS yet? Missing Hoffman and he's the only thing keeping me away from Chipper. Sent my ticket last monday and haven't heard anything yet.

I bought several Phillies cards and locked them in. I also got a rare and base tier out of Space packs. The next day my space pack cards were gone, the LS cards I bought were gone, but I still have the Phillies collection reward. My ticket has been a joke, it's been two weeks and no resolution. Good luck!

Been missing Michael Pineda for about a month and a half now, super frustrating knowing i cant get CHipper or Big Papi even though ive completed every team in the AL

i'm 41 of 42 on the 42 series because Tim Anderson is missing somehow. sucks i really hope support answers me about this.
