So SDS really is just never going to acknowledge the glitched records and / or fix them?
Has anybody received a response on their support ticket regarding this? They just ignored mine

I almost have to give to SDS on this one. Its incredible how committed they are to not fixing this issue or responding to a service ticket. Hey if you dont acknowledge it, it doesnt exist!!

why does it matter

I'm missing an online win from a game that didn't register, but I wasn't affected by the extra wins/losses glitch. However, has this had the effect of moving those users closer to the wins rewards? Would be interesting to know.

Its been over a week since i put in my first ticket .. no reply back or anything.. waited 5 days put in another ticket still nothing...
Come on sds help us paying customers out make the game what it should be . What we paid for..
Dont make this a madden game

I dont even want to play RS until this issue is fixed or at least i know they are aware ofnit and plan to fix it. Not knowing is the worst customer service

Are you seriously asking why records matter? Lol
yeah, if you know your record yourself, why should it matter? Do you need like the stigma of having a good record for other people to see or something, just play and win.

I'm still curious as to where my record from 20 came from. It says I finished with a 80-100 record when in reality it was more to the tune of 368-590, Oh well, thanks for keeping those embarrassing stats out of the picture,..lol
