This Game Stole $100 From Me

    I decided to buy stubs early this year, instead of swearing I won't and then breaking down in July and buying some long after it would have really helped.

    So I went in through the game and bought 150,000 stubs. The purchase went through; my credit card was charged, then a server error happened almost immediately. When I got back I the game, no stubs anywhere, nothing to redeem, and real-life $100 still gone. SDS has been crazy non-responsive and passive about it, which I know has been their response to a lot of other people with issues too. Tried and failed to get a refund through PlayStation cust service too. It seems insane to me that they're fine with just straight up stealing money. Anyone else dealing with this kind of thing?

    Dispute the charge with your credit card company.

    DONT do this. There is a chance that your account will be locked out. Only do this as a last resort.

    Did you report an issue? they never respond directly to those except if need need more info.
    if you have you will get the stubs in your account, but it most likely will take time as you are at the end of a very long line.
    If you havent you should asap, cauae the ljne only gets longer.

    Try Playstation again. Had this happen to me and I got a refund.

    Thanks for the advice - def would not want my account locked. I did report it as an issue right when it happened. I get that stuff happens and stuff doesn't work sometimes, this one is just a bit beyond the pale for me.

    I had this same issue happen to me, but I got it fixed.
    Restore your licenses in settings and also switch your PS from primary to non primary and switch it back to primary.
    this should work

    If your account gets locked for a refund it is temporarily. 14 days happened to me.
    Mine was well worth the error.
