He is a good hitting card. Probably not end game outfielder though.
Nobody is saying a 92 overall is endgame.
But last year I caught flack for using Rollins over Tatis because it wasn't meta. Rollins was miles better for me and played way above his stats, with perfect D. By the end of '20 Prestige Trout wasn't even on my bench.
What I'm saying is use what you enjoy, not what the "meta" dictates is best. If you hit .380 with Vlad and .220 with Mays why force it?

I always like using his card and considering I was at about 60k in stubs from just playing and a bit of flipping this past week, I can safely say the 11k stub purchase didn’t break the bank lol. My team is in custom Expos jerseys, it would be a crime not to have him in my line up.

Depends on his stats. If he can be paralled to gold D with nasty enough hitting stats he could be an option. Especially if this guy vibes with his swing. Thats kinda the point im making, if you enjoy using a card, keep using it. Who cares what the meta says?

I am also banking on him becoming impossible to get your hands on come end game collection time, was it Glavine no one could get their hands on end game last year?
Not sure if Glavine was the guy. Prices go up very high when that collection comes out so yeah it will be hard to get him.

I like the new system, gives everyone an opportunity at those cards, yet doesn’t make them to easy to obtain, another nice addition to the game by SDS.
Facts. Hopefully they keep that as a year long thing. Some people will never go 12-0 in BR and some people will never make World Series. That helps them get cards they may never obtain otherwise. Especially those 500k BR rewards from years past.
