How did bryce harper get a pitcher loss?

I was just playing a conquest match in dd and he the ai put a righty in on my ninth batter so i sub in bryce harper for my pitcher and warm up a new hand i ground out into a double play so im now pitching i sub in rob kibbles from the devision flashback pack i hang a slider (i use pinpoint) and give up a double but upon ending the game the loss was awarded to bryce harper can anyone tell me what just happened

I think theres an issue when they sub in a pinch runner at second base in extra innings. Sometimes that pinch runner shows up as the losing pitcher.
