None Of My Starting Pitchers Have Energy - How Do I Fix This?

So I've got 4 good starting pitchers and since Thursday, I play my buddy in online play a friend mode (3 inning games) and also a few CPU 9 inning games. I rotate my starters each time, so I've played probably 6 games and Pedro has only started/played in 1, but he has no energy at all.

Also, ALL of my starting pitchers have no energy. How do I fix this, how do I get them more energy? I don't play ranked or events or anything like that. Help!

If you play a pitcher online and remove him from your rotation BEFORE any if his energy recovers; that pitcher will come back into the rotation with the same depleted energy.

I haven't removed anyone from my rotation, they've been in there the whole time.

Did anyone find out anything about this because I’m wondering too. All 3 of my SPs have no energy and I rotate them every game but energy will not replenish. First year playing so not sure what’s going on. Any help is appreciated

From what I've noticed, they are working it so you have to use your 5 man rotation before your #1's energy is full, I believe. Think in 20 was 4 games.
