Linked account on The Show website; lost game progress

Having the same issue as all of you. Really wish I had checked the forums first before attempting to link my Xbox to the account today. Currently, it looks like the reason my progress is gone is that both by Xbox and PS are linked to my Show Account, but my "The Show" account is somehow not linked, even though I'm signed in with those credentials? It says I'm signed in on the left panel, but where the PSN and Xbox show connected it says Not Connected. I'm guessing this is what everyone else sees as well?

You know its really some sad programming when anybody else can sign in on my PS5 and play the game with all my progress and unlocks under their profile, but my own profile doesn't work. That is some rookie level work.

Set up 2nd account on ps5 I did mine through family account you will have to set up with different email and usernameThen on mlb 21 website sign in just to the show website so the show is the only one connected
Then go to game get code
Then website type in code
Choose mlb account that says you will reset all progress that what I did and it worked -

If you are on a PS5, you may want to try installing the PS4 version on your PS5 then start it up and you may have your stuff back. Worked for a few people on here and the PS4 version on the PS5 looks pretty good until a real fix come out.

Isn't amazing how the customer's are troubleshooting this issue and SDS has done absolutely nothing to help for the last 9 days?

Oh, I know we are working al lot harder on this than they are. They can't even be bothered to post timely updates.
But, I'm fixing to throw in the towel and move on to something else. I'm going to hound PSN for a refund for my $100 bucks. The new MotoGP looks cool, LOL. -

I saw! Currently trying this. Hoping at the very least my progress is there which will just settle my frustration a bit. I have faith in these guys fixing this stuff, as disappointing as it all is. I'm of the mind that I'd rather them be working their asses off than talking about the fixes, but some daily check-ins with the community would be nice.

I found this out last night. I posted what I did. Here it is:
Ok, get this. I switched profiles on my ps5 (it’s set as my home ps5) to my wife’s and started the game. Hit the link, logged in online here, put in the code, chose the mlbts account (the one that says you’ll lose all you progress) and it accepted it fine and all my progress and items were right there on my ps5 but under my wife’s profile. I then unlinked, switched back to my profile, put in the code and it errored out as usual. Did the same thing on the Xbox and had the exact same results. I’m leaving the Xbox linked for now and just playing under my wife’s profile with all my stuff and progress restored.Did you log in here through your Show ID or your PS ID?

Show id. Then when you link choose the show save that’s says you will lose everything ( you’ll only lose the reset stuff on your ps, no big deal).

I tried it but unfortunately I got an exclusivity error.
I guess I have no choice but to wait and play the ps4 for now
