    I just tried this with no luck.. it did link to my show account but the info isn’t there. . . 99% sure the fix is unlinking the Xbox from the PS but it only lets you unlink if it’s linked in the show account. Ps and xbox are connected without the show account being signed in. Weird. . . I tried to attach the Xbox account to the new ps account and it gives me an error. In game the Xbox says it’s unlinked. I’m over this.. SDS took our money and gave us the finger on the way out. 9 days this has been an issue now. But don’t worry. Double XP will stay until further notice.. bunch of clowns over there.

    [censored]. Sorry it didn’t work for you. This hole thing is such BS. I would think it’s an easy fix at this point. They aren’t even trying. If they really were, we should be getting real progress reports as to what’s going on. They aren’t doing anything.

    Same problem here. Wish this one worked but sadly I’m still in left field kicking the fly always off of daisies.

    I found this out last night. I posted what I did. Here it is:

    I was able to keep playing on my profile using the PS4 version of the game. Will my progress carry on from what I’ve done on the PS4 or will it revert back when I am able to unlink and go back to PS5?

    From what I'm figuring out, your progress on the PS4 will continue when you are able to link back to the PS5 using the mlbts account on this site. I think this because last night when I figured out switching profiles worked, all the progress I did on my PS4 since the deletion on the PS5 was intact on my other (wifes) profile on the PS5.

    Same. No problems logging in but nothing resolved as far as getting my stuff back or the linking issue.

It says I'm signed in on the left panel, but where the PSN and Xbox show connected it says Not Connected. I'm guessing this is what everyone else sees as well?

    You know its really some sad programming when anybody else can sign in on my PS5 and play the game with all my progress and unlocks under their profile, but my own profile doesn't work. That is some rookie level work.

    Set up 2nd account on ps5 I did mine through family account you will have to set up with different email and username

    Then on mlb 21 website sign in just to the show website so the show is the only one connected

    Then go to game get code
    Then website type in code
    Choose mlb account that says you will reset all progress that what I did and it worked

    I thought to do this as well, but when I logged in, it gave me a Platform Exclusivity error.

    If you are on a PS5, you may want to try installing the PS4 version on your PS5 then start it up and you may have your stuff back. Worked for a few people on here and the PS4 version on the PS5 looks pretty good until a real fix come out.
