The entire game reset lost everything in the game ever pre order cards and all DD i was a 29 i 1st inning now 0 i need this fixed now

Did you try to link your account for cross progression? Are you having server issues with trying to log in? Those are the two most likely explanations I can think of. I've had my account show zero stubs a few times when there are server errors, but it always comes back.
