Are devs aware the roster vault doesn't work?

Could the devs just acknowledge the game is broken?

If they arnt aware then they are truly not listening because its been 9 days and i see dozens of ppl sending messages to mlb the show regarding the roster vault problem. I think this server situation has completely crippled the game and they are scrambling to figure out what to do. Im mad i paid 100 for a broken game that is still broken.

I don't have the PS4 version. Have you tried clicking on Create and then Vaults? In Vaults is where Rosters are in PS5 version. You may see Logos first or some other category, then just change category with triggers or bumpers.
