I've had enough...

What's really telling is that I pre-ordered the Jackie edition and I didn't have to install the game. I just launched it at 11 pm central on the 16th. That means the entire game is online, even the offline stuff. I have to be connected to the server to play. If I can't connect because the servers are always down, what's the point? When I bought 20, I had to download and install the game. This just seems so frigging whack.
Sure.. .
Xbox Series X|S: 72.42gb (Unknown Day One Update Size)
Xbox One: 45gb (Unknown Day One Update Size)
PS4: 53.4gb (Additional 8.1gb Day One Update)
PS5: 59gb (Additional 55.7gb Day One Update)

The digital editions of the game pre-downloaded about a week before the game went live, so yes the game did download onto your system. If you go to your system storage, you will see the game is there at 60+gb

"Silence is unforgivable"? Intentional murder is unforgivable. This is an electronic game. SDS is not ignoring the issue, they are just not being transparent about it.
The poor connection issues have been tough, but there has been ample connectivity to get some things done. I like that people who control the market haven't been as interested in inflating the prices of cards.
Whenever SDS fixes the issue at least they have what feels like a good product.

I’m with ya. I pre ordered the standard editio. Because I was out of town launch weekend and did not get back until Tuesday night (thank goodness) and still didn’t even get the 10 show packs that were supposed to be included in my preorder. Zero response from SDS after multiple emails..(I am sure that have thousands still
To go through). Hopefully they will address this soon....and fix the game and servers at the same time -
The product itself is fantastic, best feeling game in a LONG time. The online component is not great, but it will get better. Give it time friend.

I haven't had a single issue with moments or showdown not counting, even when I do get a "server error". So maybe go that route? Just got 42 card #13.

This is my 1st ever post on this forum so I hope people hear me out but here it goes... Night One I lost most of my preorder stubs due to the cancel order glitch. Glad I got them back but how I could use them in the market had changed by then, the next day I mad the horrible mistake of linking my account... luckily I was able to unlink and have my progress restored. This week the server issues made the game unplayable at night and on top of that then was tonight... the king daddy topper. In pursuit of the Red Sox collection I made a buy order on all the Sox top players and then went into the 1st inning showdown. After a couple of missions I return to find my buy order of Sale to be completely gone. He is nowhere in my inventory, active orders or completed orders. AND GOING FOR LESS THEN MY ORDER... I also had Bogaerts and some other slivers say the order is complete however they are not in my inventory... I felling love with DD last year but this 1st week has just truly been an awful experience in terms of JUST TRUSTING THE GAME WILL WORK
Rip game sucks

Theshow18 or 19 was screwed up for a couple months. This ain’t nothin, we haven’t even begun the problems homie, this is week one, it’s a long road..
-
I think it was MLB 17 that had such a rough server start at launch for the first month. The difference then was that the game results went into a que and we mostly got credit for the games eventually. In 21, you lose the game data when the servers glitch. I remember back then you could even send a photo of box scores and they would sometimes enter the stats for you.

Big issue is I am not sure exactly what is counting and being retained and what isn’t.
I have lost:
Stubs
XP
Cards
MY TIME!!!Nothing worse than winning a tough dough Showdown/Conquest to find it didn’t count!
They must start disclosing what is going on here and what will be done! This IS a DISASTER!

Today, I finally experienced the pain people have been talking about. Put a buy order in for Acuna at 139,000. Order fulfilled... Acuna nowhere to be found

is class action suit worthy.
Lmmfao
It’s not funny. You might be ok with paying for something that doesn’t work, a lot of people aren’t.
Never said it was ok...but class action lawsuit? Lmmfao
New York-based Rosen Law Firm has filed a class-action lawsuit against Cyberpunk 2077's publisher CD Projekt S.A. due to its alleged violation of federal securities laws.
Announced in a press release, Rosen Law Firm is filing the class-action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of the securities of CD Projekt S.A. between January 16, 2020 and December 17, 2020, and is seeking to "recover damages for CD Projekt investors under the federal securities laws."The lawsuit claims that CD Projekt has "made false and/or misleading statements" and/or failed to disclose that "Cyberpunk 2077 was virtually unplayable on the current-generation Xbox or PlayStation systems due to an enormous number of bugs."

You think CD Projekt Red thinks the idea is Lmmfao?
Just because you dont know something, you dont have to make yourself look foolish by pretending you do. A little humility goes a long way.
Read what the article is about. It's not a class of consumers who are suing, it's INVESTORS who are suing. They allege that the developer did not disclose the game was unplayable, and that the subsequent drop in share price ended up as significant financial losses.
It's shareholders suing.

This is a suit for investors, not consumers.
In a case like this all SDS would have to do to avoid any sort of action is fix the issue and offer some form of good will gesture.
The gesture is not required but goes along way when a case is being reviewed for any potential case.
In the end if a class action suit is raise and Sony and SDS lose then their insurance would cover them and any looses but wouldn't change much as the servers would have been restored by that time.
Your best bet is to seek protection through your CC or PayPal via a dispute of the charges.
