On the team management screen it says my Ballplayer is at a secondary position at Catcher, but in game it treats him as an out of position Catcher

Can you only put your Ballplayer at C if his archetype has C as its primary? Because I have mine at C, but he drops every pitch that basically isn't right down the middle. I'm using the "Yo Adrian" Archetype that has C on the preferred positions. If we can only put our Ballplayer at C if his archetype is a primary C, then how do we get a C primary archetype above silver? There's a bronze C archetype, but that leads to CF, SS, and 3B silver archetypes.

SDS unnecessarily [censored] up CAPs this year and tried to tie in RTTS with DD. I had to change the archetype to slick fielder in order to field the ball as a catcher primary. He couldn't catch or block as a catcher secondary with the slugger archetype

Me too, but then you can’t progress past the bronze archetype for catcher. I can’t anyways, stuck at 100/100, and gained silver 3b/2b/ss archetypes. I’m using him at third now with that one just to progress something. I hope this gets sorted out.

Same here. He works fine in the "RTTS" games but as soon as I put him at Cather on my DD team he drops just about everything even though his defense is 99. 3B is the first position listed and C is the second.
