Unable to Turn Off Cross Play

I know how to get the the crossplay feature in the profile, but everytime I click on it, it pretends like its going to a screen and then never does. Is anyone else experiencing this on xbox specifically?

You have to go into settings on your xbox itself & turn off crossplay. This will automatically turn off crossplay on the show. Just know that you’ll have to turn it back on if you play other games where you would want cross play.
