Linked MLB the Show Sony and Xbox but didnt link to MLB the show lost all content - how can I retrieve my content back please HELP.......

I linked my accounts and can't find any of the data I uploaded to the cloud. Anyone have anything I should look into?

At this point, it may just be a matter of time before a big enough content creator ends up in here with us and they can put some pressure on. They chose to pass on warning people of the issue, so there is just more and more people who it is happening to.

Keep flooding them with support tickets on the issue. Im sending 10-15 a day. Once they hit a certain threshold of the same issue, they have to remedy the situation. It will eventually get to someone high enough up to fix this. Ramon where ya at bud?

Welcome to the club.. been almost a week for me with no fix... if you’re able to unlink the account you should be good but don’t be surprised if you can’t find a button that says unlink.. we’re all hoping they fix it by tomorrow but we’ve been hoping that for days..good luck

Sending private chats to the SDS guys might help too.. it won’t hurt... and I’ve sent 5 tickets in about this and 4 of them were the template response.. the other said they’re aware and working on it.. I feel like this should be a pretty quick fix

Well I was told 2 days ago there was an update to fix everything coming out and that I’d hear back when it was released.....never heard back about an update.
