I pulled diamond Kirby Yates about 5 days ago and lost him to a server error. I messaged SDS support to tell them this and since then I have heard absolutely nothing back. Feels like I'm just being ignored tbh.
It's really frustrating knowing that there's a good chance I won't get a card that I actually pulled and evenmoreso that I'm straight up not getting a response from support.

Did you record video of you pulling the card and then it not being in your inventory? Without any kind of evidence, they're probably not gonna do anything for you. If they just credited people diamonds, everyone in here would be claiming they pulled Trout and lost him.
Just saying, i recorded and submitted a video of 7 packs in my inventory, opening 1 and the rest disappearing and i still haven't gotten a response. That was a week ago.

The trick is to put in the subject line that you are unable to buy stubs.

Im not saying you are but they arent just gonna give you the card because you say that you lost it.

I bought degroom and lindor last night. Degroom is on my roster but not in my inventory. I always take pictures of my completed orders when they happen.

It he pulled it, unless the servers were purged, they have a record of it. They can fix stubs and xp days later; there will be traces of it. Will they get to it now that is the question

Totally agree it’s crazy that you lost a card, but I don’t think they’re ignoring you. Think about how bad things have been with the servers, the number of people that have the same issue as you, all the other bugs. I think you’re just complaint/bug report # 90,553 on the list cause there’s been so many problems and that’s why you don’t have a response yet.

Seriously. Ive submitted 4 tickets since Tuesday and ive gotten the generic "We're sorry this is happening to you. I'll forward this issue to the support team and we'll get back to you" response. Still no follow up. Also, of those 4 responses, 3 of them are from "Chuck". Dudes probably overwhelmed with issues right now and hiding under his desk.

I think pics help, but the devs can see what cards you pull from a pack, at least I'm pretty sure. Hope you get the card back.

i haven’t been able to play online since the end of the show 20 it says challenge failed game session has closed i emailed them multiple times and they still don’t email me back

That was your one diamond pull for the year too, lol. I pulled Yellich and Rendon. Nothing since except silvers, bronzes and commons...

Yea I completed the whole nl west collection and now the 90 overall Trevor Hoffman you get for completing the Padres has disappeared. I am now almost done with the entire live series collection, hopefully they get back with me soon so I can unlock chipper. I emailed them Thursday morning, so I'm still within the 5 business days time-frame I guess.

You guys have me nervous now. I bought Trout and Rendon yesterday afternoon and Corey Seager late last night. Then I pulled Gerrit Cole this afternoon. Gonna have to log in and make sure all four are in my inventory. I did add all four to my squad, so that takes some of my concern away.

I got a feeling it will be longer than 5 business days. I filed a report on Tuesday and have heard nothing back. I think Monday would be the 5 business days if weekends dont count, but I am not holding my breath.

Bumping this thread to celebrate the 2 weeks mark! SDS is yet to even respond to me.
