2-Way Player Not Progressing Pitching

I've been grinding RTTS for the past couple days as a two-way player, being a starting pitcher and playing third base.

I am earning stats for the 3B program (I have the spark plug one equipped), but I am not earning stats for the Painter program when I pitch. This is immensely frustrating, as I have been striking out 12 batters or more in every game I start.

I made sure that the Painter load out was active, but still didn't earn progress, and it didn't tally my strikeouts. What is going on?

Same issue here. I think it is a known issue that the developers were working on but it makes it kinda pointless to play if you aren’t improving.

Im not wasting my time in that mode until it is fixed because it already takes a lot to improve on just 1 load out.

I'm with you, I'm gonna leave RTTS alone until they fix the progression. The fix also ought to make progression go a little quicker for skills and stuff—it's at a snail's pace right now.

Something isn't right when my pitching stats are in the 30s and 40s when I've thrown 11 games with less than five base hits each.
